Meet our In-Country Representative
ASA Vietnam is pleased to introduce you to Ms Phuong Nguyen, the in-country representative of the Australian Schools Alliance Vietnam.
Having graduated from the University of East Anglia, Norwich in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Economics, International Finance and Trade, Phuong has worked in the education sector for over five years.
Prior to joining ASA Vietnam, Phuong worked as an Education Consultant Manager at various institutions providing counselling to students and families planning their study abroad journeys. She has extensive experience in student admissions, and one of her key responsibilities in her previous roles was to counsel and match students with suitable institutions.

Phuong says:
‘Life is a journey of self-creation and discovery. I have always been inspired by Thomas Szasz’s quote: “People often say that this or that person has not yet found himself. But the self is not something that one finds. It is something that one creates.” By joining ASA Vietnam, I want to connect Vietnam’s young generation with the excellent member schools of the Australian Schools Alliance Vietnam so that they may discover new pathways which will significantly improve their career prospects, and therefore the futures of their families and communities.’
